Studio Complex

The Shoreline Motion Pictures’ studio complex is located in the Los Angeles Center Studios Campus. The 12-story 450,000 square feet office tower is flanked by six state-of-the-art 18,000 square foot sound stages.  Since opening in 1999, Los Angeles Center Studios have been home to some of Hollywood's biggest box office hits, including The Aviator, Spiderman 2, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Mission: Impossible 2, Terminator 3 and Charlie's Angels - just to name a few.  This combination of entertainment tenants and productions filming on the lot creates an environment that must be experienced to be believed. Los Angeles Center Studios provides countless practical locations within our 20 acre campus available for filming.  Location managers for feature films, television, commercials, music videos, and still photography shoots have found their ideal location somewhere on our studio lot.  Whether using our 12th floor executive conference room, closed-off public streets, subterranean garage and loading dock, or our versatile lobby, shooting possibilities at our studio are virtually limitless.

Studio Campus

6 Sound Stages

Our six, 18,000 sq. ft. sound stages are the newest and most technologically advanced in Los Angeles.  They are all audience rated with floating wood floors and 150 tons of silent air.  Since being built in 1999, these stages have already been home to numerous Hollywood blockbusters including The Aviator, Spiderman 2, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Mission: Impossible 2, Terminator 3 and Charlie's Angels - just to name a few.  In addition, Stage 1 features an in-ground pool that has been utilized for such productions as The Ring 2, XXX: State of the Union, Just Like Heaven and ER.  In addition to major motion pictures and television programs, Los Angeles Center Studios has also been used on countless Commercials, Music Videos, Concert Rehearsals, and Photo Shoots.

Beaudry Theater

Beaudry Theater at Los Angeles Center Studios has state-of-the-art projection and sound equipment capable of utilizing both 35mm and digital technologies.  With a seating capacity of 400 people, a director's platform and a stage, Beaudry Theater can accommodate numerous special events.  Beaudry Theater has been used to screen premiers, first-run movies, Instant Films Festivals and various corporate functions. 

Flix Cafe

Flix Cafe, the impressive new commissary at Los Angeles Center Studios, is a convenient and delicious option for everybody in Downtown Los Angeles.  The cafe is a colorful, relaxing oasis by day, and through the use of custom design elements and lighting, can be transformed to an elegant area for pre-screening cocktail parties and sit-down dinners.  Our menu features full breakfasts and lunches with daily specials and a full coffee/espresso bar.  Freshly-made grilled and deli sandwiches, a build-your-own salad bar, paninis and pizzas, homemade soups, as well as guest sushi chefs make for a delightful dining experience.
