Synopsis

Riders on the Storm is the story of a Two Mexican Robbers, a modern day Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid, who's way of living is coming to an end. As the sun sets on their careers, they decide to go out in style with one last major heist.

Two Mexicans decide to cross into Laredo Texas to rob a bank. On a good day these guys can get in, get the money and get out of a bank in no time flat with none the wiser, but something goes horribly wrong and they end up killing a little girl, the daughter of the city's Mayor. This starts them on a collision course with not only the Texas Rangers but The Border patrol, Government agents, Bounty Hunters and even Mexico's Federal soldiers, as the sovereignty of Mexico is violated. All of them have one goal in mind: Kill the Robbers before they can escape to safety in the rugged mountainous region of Nuevo Laredo Mexico. It is a story of how a seemingly innocuous crime could both affect the lives of those involved and open old wounds that have festered for years.
